Content & Creative Strategy Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Content & Creative Strategy Intern to support Refine Media’s social media and content marketing efforts. You will work closely with our creative team, helping to generate fresh ideas and produce engaging visual and written content for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Research trends, competitors and new content opportunities.
• Assist in building monthly content calendars and writing outlines, scripts and captions.
• Support photo and video shoots, including basic video editing for social platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to bring ideas to life.

Required profile

• Some experience creating social‑media content.
• Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and current social trends.
• Creative thinker with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple tasks and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or similar).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
