Content Lead – Build & Lead Regional Content Team

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Content Lead to establish and head the content function for a fast‑growing youth engagement platform operating across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the brand voice, editorial strategy and social output from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the full content strategy, including brand voice, editorial calendar and partner activations.
• Recruit, build and manage a multidisciplinary content team (creatives, videographers, copywriters).
• Oversee end‑to‑end production of content for TikTok, Instagram, X, Snapchat and branded campaigns.
• Produce bilingual (English & Arabic) video and social content that drives engagement and commercial results.
• Set and monitor content KPIs tied to audience interaction and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the CEO on brand positioning and new market launches.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading a content team, not just contributing as an individual creator.
• Experience in agency environments and a deep understanding of Gulf youth culture.
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable video‑content results.
• Comfort working in both English and Arabic; bilingual fluency is a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the GCC.
