Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and creative Content Marketing Specialist to design, produce, and optimise content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple digital channels. The role is fully remote and reports to the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create and manage content for blogs, websites, email campaigns, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve visibility.
• Collaborate with designers, video creators, and subject‑matter experts to produce engaging multimedia content.
• Maintain editorial calendars and publishing schedules.
• Optimize content for lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
• Analyse performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Support marketing campaigns with compelling storytelling and messaging.
• Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimisation.
• Experience with content management systems and marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or HubSpot.
• Strong project management and organisational abilities.
• Portfolio of content marketing work is preferred.
