Creative Manager / Art Program Manager (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are a globally focused creative organisation seeking a part‑time Creative Manager to coordinate artistic projects, develop programmes and ensure high‑quality visual output. The role is fully remote and ideal for a mid‑level to senior professional who can blend artistic vision with solid project management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate creative or art programmes aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage project concepts, priorities, timelines and delivery requirements.
• Provide creative direction and constructive feedback to artists and contributors.
• Coordinate designers, artists, content teams and external creative partners.
• Review work to maintain quality, consistency and artistic standards.
• Research trends, audience interests and emerging artistic opportunities.
• Support exhibitions, campaigns, digital projects and related programmes.
• Present concepts, updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fine Arts, Design, Creative Arts, Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 + years professional experience in creative management, art, design or programme coordination.
• Strong understanding of creative development, visual communication and artistic project management.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate remote creative teams.
• Strong organisational, detail‑oriented and problem‑solving abilities.
