Creative Marketing Executive

About the role

Siply is seeking a hands‑on Creative Marketing Executive who can think like a marketer and design like a designer. You will own the entire content journey—from concept and campaign strategy to design, production, and publishing across our social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media content for Siply’s platforms.
• Design engaging posts, stories, carousels and campaign creatives.
• Develop and launch creative marketing campaigns and activations.
• Produce short‑form video content for Reels and Stories.
• Write compelling English and Arabic copy for social posts.
• Collaborate with cafés, partners and internal teams on joint campaigns.
• Support offline events, activations and promotional activities.
• Maintain Siply’s visual identity and manage the content calendar.
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve published content.

Required profile

• Strong graphic‑design sensibility with an eye for typography, layout and branding.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, and current content trends.
• Ability to generate ideas independently rather than waiting for briefs.
• Comfortable working quickly in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic.

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Canva or similar design tools.
• Graphic design and visual storytelling.
• Social media content creation for Instagram and TikTok.
• English and Arabic copywriting.
