CRM Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive CRM Representative to join Zayani Motors in Bahrain. In this full-time position you will manage and nurture customer relationships across our automotive, healthcare, manufacturing and real-estate divisions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and supporting business growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them maximise the value they receive from our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing prompt, accurate and courteous responses to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer records within the company’s CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for internal teams.
• Design and implement relationship-building strategies that foster long-term client loyalty and drive repeat business.
• Collect and analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends, uncover insights and recommend improvements to products or services.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and support teams to ensure a coordinated and consistent customer experience.
• Generate and present regular performance reports on CRM activities, key metrics and customer engagement outcomes.
