About the role

We are looking for a motivated Culinary Assistant to support our kitchen team in daily food preparation, cleaning, and organization. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced hospitality environment while you develop essential culinary skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organize ingredients, ensuring all items are ready for the cooking team.
• Assist with storage of raw materials and finished products following proper guidelines.
• Support senior kitchen staff in portioning, cooking, and plating to meet menu standards.
• Create basic reports and documents using computer applications.
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices throughout the kitchen.
• Monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies and report shortages.
• Help with equipment setup and general kitchen tasks as needed.
• Comply with health, safety, and security requirements of the facility.

Required profile

• High school diploma; culinary training or related coursework is a plus.
• No prior experience required, though any kitchen experience is advantageous.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards.
