About the role

A renowned 5‑star luxury hotel in Bahrain is seeking a talented and service‑oriented Arabic Waitress to join its Food & Beverage department, delivering an authentic and refined dining experience for diverse guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and assisting with seating arrangements.
• Presenting menus and taking food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serving guests efficiently and anticipating their needs.
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and hotel services.
• Ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and strong proficiency in English.
• Previous experience as a hostess or waitress in a 4‑star or 5‑star hotel environment is an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service mindset.
• Professional demeanor, pleasant personality and genuine passion for hospitality.
