Customer Contact Advisor – CRM (Bahrain)

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Contact Advisor to join our CRM team in Bahrain. You will manage phone calls and digital interactions, turning inquiries into sales opportunities while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, social media, and mobile‑app communications.
• Provide accurate product information, qualify digital leads, and create sales opportunities.
• Deliver repair/service cost estimates, schedule appointments, and cross‑sell or upsell products and services.
• Advise customers on maintenance, service campaigns, recalls, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Implement retention and win‑back strategies and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of brand offerings, pricing, and document all interactions in the CRM.
• Meet departmental targets, KPIs, generate progress reports, and follow EHSQ standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call‑center operations, or similar environments.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting performance targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
