About the role
The Customer Relations Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Manama, Bahrain, supporting Matrix’s clients by building lasting relationships, driving retention and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. The role involves handling inquiries, providing professional support, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Deliver high‑quality customer support across all communication channels.
- Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer journey.
Required profile
- Strong skills in customer retention and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer support and service.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle concerns effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer interaction platforms (a plus).
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field preferred.
- Must be based in Bahrain.
