Data Entry Operator

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Operator to support daily data management and administrative operations across the organization. The role involves entering, updating, and organizing information in internal systems, databases, and digital platforms while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data from documents, forms, emails, invoices, and other business sources.
• Verify information for accuracy, identify missing or inconsistent data, and correct it according to established procedures.
• Maintain electronic and physical records, organize documents, and ensure proper categorisation.
• Conduct regular data clean‑up activities, removing duplicates and outdated entries.
• Collaborate with administrative, finance, sales, customer service, HR, logistics and other departments to provide accurate information.
• Prepare spreadsheets, update reports, process forms, and maintain tracking sheets.
• Assist with data verification, reconciliation, reporting and escalation of discrepancies.
• Support data migration, document digitisation, database updates and classification projects.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established data entry procedures.
• Good organisational skills for managing both electronic and physical records.
• Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience using document management platforms.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Knowledge of optical character recognition (OCR) tools.
• Ability to leverage automation and workflow tools to improve efficiency.
