Demand Planning Manager – Supply Chain

About the role

Talabat is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead forecasting and replenishment for its fast‑growing grocery brand, tMart. The role covers multiple countries in the Middle East and focuses on ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory value.

Key responsibilities

• Organise demand forecasting for tMart stores and warehouses across the region.
• Generate purchase orders, monitor stock levels and manage supplier service performance.
• Analyse inventory and forecast data, producing regular reports for senior management.
• Guide country demand planners and administrators to maintain smooth workflow.
• Lead system migrations, propose automation, and develop dashboards to track KPIs.
• Continuously improve forecasting models by incorporating new parameters.
• Support capacity‑augmentation initiatives such as third‑party warehouses and cross‑docking.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG demand planning and replenishment.
• Proven ability to interact with senior executives and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
• Strong stakeholder, time‑management and analytical skills.
• Hands‑on experience with data‑driven decision making and problem solving.
