About the role

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. As a Demi Chef de Partie you’ll not only oversee the preparation of high‑quality bakery items but also spread the light and warmth of hospitality, delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and bake breakfast pastries, breads, rolls and select desserts for restaurants and banquets.
Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in the absence of senior chefs.
Maintain clean, tidy work areas and prevent cross‑contamination.
Monitor ingredient quality, ensure proper storage, and manage stock rotation.
Uphold health, safety and sanitation regulations to protect guests and team members.
