About the role
The Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join its hot kitchen team. You will work closely with the Chef de Partie to deliver high‑quality dishes that meet the hotel’s international standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in your kitchen section.
- Manage stock, control waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Train and support junior kitchen staff.
- Support overall kitchen operations and uphold menu consistency.
Required profile
- Diploma from a Hospitality Management or Culinary school (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Additional Food & Beverage certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food production or culinary operations within a hotel environment.
- Excellent reading, writing and speaking proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of other languages or basic local language skills is advantageous.
