Design Specialist

About the role

A company is looking for a creative, detail-oriented and versatile Design Specialist who can turn ideas, briefs and business requirements into clear, professional design solutions. The role works with internal teams and external partners to create design assets for digital and print, covering concept development, visual content, layout and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Create concepts, layouts, graphics and visual materials for digital and print applications
• Design marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, promotional materials, advertisements and corporate communications
• Produce assets for websites, social media, email campaigns and other digital channels
• Interpret creative briefs and follow brand guidelines to keep visual identity consistent
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product and other teams, and prepare mock-ups and prototypes for review
• Revise designs based on feedback and manage several assignments within deadlines
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with printers, suppliers, photographers and developers
• Maintain design files, templates and project documentation, and research trends and tools

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Fine Arts or a related field preferred
• Strong portfolio showing design skills, layout and attention to detail
• Good understanding of typography, colour, composition and branding
• Strong organization, time management and communication skills, able to handle several projects at once
• Willingness to learn new tools and approaches

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Familiarity with Figma or similar tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of digital asset preparation, print production requirements and file management
