Digital Marketing Executive, Logistics Coordinator & Site Engineer

About the role

This position combines digital marketing, logistics coordination and site engineering responsibilities to support business growth, operational efficiency and project delivery. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, clients, suppliers and contractors to ensure campaigns, supply‑chain processes and on‑site activities are executed smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email and online advertising platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and recommend improvements to boost engagement and conversion.
• Create marketing content, promotional assets and ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, transportation planning, inventory tracking and supplier communication.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, analyse logistics data and drive efficiency improvements.
• Supervise on‑site engineering activities, ensuring work follows project schedules, specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants and internal teams to resolve site issues and maintain progress.
• Prepare operational reports, project updates, performance dashboards and technical documentation for management.

• Strong communication, analytical thinking and organisational abilities.
• High attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, engineering, procurement, operations and finance teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Experience using email marketing tools and online advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with logistics management software and inventory tracking systems.
• Knowledge of project management software for site engineering coordination.
