Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

NOYA Studios is looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full‑time. The role will support our digital presence, social media, content creation, and marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support NOYA Studios’ social media presence and content calendar.
• Create engaging social media content, including posts, carousels, captions, and short‑form video.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise digital marketing campaigns.
• Support paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
• Adapt content appropriately for different channels and audiences.
• Coordinate with the design team to develop high‑quality marketing content.
• Assist with website content updates and general digital marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign and content performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Native‑level Arabic proficiency with the ability to write high‑quality Arabic marketing and social media content.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Hands‑on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Portfolio or examples of previous digital marketing/social media work.
