Director of Sales & Marketing

About the role

Mantis, a conservation‑focused hotel group, is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to drive growth across its global portfolio of eco‑lodges and resorts. You will lead the development of new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and capture new market segments.
• Oversee creation and implementation of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, managing the marketing budget and resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate the sales and marketing team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
• Ensure exceptional customer service through effective CRM management and loyalty initiatives.
• Coordinate events, conferences and promotions at resort locations, collaborating with internal departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior sales and marketing leadership within hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor teams and foster a results‑driven culture.
