Director of Sales & Marketing

About the role

Mantis, a conservation‑focused hotel group, is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the growth of its eco‑lodges and resorts worldwide. You will shape sales strategy, drive marketing initiatives, and nurture client relationships to expand the customer base while supporting the company’s sustainability mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee creation and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and partnership initiatives.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales and marketing team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and partners.
• Implement and manage CRM systems to track interactions and enhance guest loyalty.
• Coordinate events, conferences and promotions at resort locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior sales and marketing leadership roles.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and team‑development capabilities.
