Electrician – Maintenance Team

About the role

Euro Motors, Bahrain’s leading luxury automotive retailer, is seeking a qualified Electrician to join its maintenance team. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing the electrical infrastructure of its showrooms and facilities, ensuring safety and uninterrupted operation.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical systems, apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools.
• Install new wiring, conduits, electrical points and breakers for upgrades or routine maintenance.
• Perform daily preventative checks on all electrical connections to maintain safety standards.
• Respond to emergency electrical calls, including after‑hours, to guarantee business continuity.
• Provide technical support and oversight to subcontractors working on mechanical, civil and electrical projects.
• Maintain compliance with the company’s Quality Management System, HSE regulations and safety policies.
• Carry out minor plumbing tasks and assist with moving assets or furniture as needed.
• Document faults and repair activities and report them to the Admin Manager or Supervisor.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a qualified electrician, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Secondary school certificate; a professional diploma or certification in electrical studies is highly preferred.
• Good physical stamina for manual tasks, including light plumbing and asset shifting.
• Reliability to handle on‑call and emergency duties.

Required skills

• Inspection, maintenance and repair of complex electrical systems.
• Reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints and schematics.
• Operation of specialized electrical test and measurement equipment.
