Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

The Senior Site Supervisor will lead end‑to‑end execution across multiple fit‑out sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, external stakeholders, and on‑site trades.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site surveys and supervise interior finish setting‑out and marking.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with quantity take‑offs and specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
• Review daily site reports, capture progress photos, and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Plan, allocate, and supervise workers and subcontractors across various trades (MEP, mall, landlord, tenant).
• Monitor safety and first‑aid compliance; immediately flag any discrepancies, emergencies, or accidents.
• Liaise with the factory team for joinery manufacturing and delivery.
• Attend client site meetings with the Project Manager and document action items.
• Record daily timesheets, manage extended hours, and ensure accurate as‑built quantity reporting for final accounts.
• Prepare Operation & Maintenance manuals and provide guidance to the project team as needed.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in the fit‑out industry, preferably with a professional contracting firm.
• Proven track record on diverse projects such as hospitality, high‑end residential, retail, education, health, and entertainment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Excellent technical and execution abilities with a solid understanding of all fit‑out trades, including MEP.
