Energy Management Solution (EMS) Sales Manager

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking an experienced Energy Management Solution (EMS) Sales Manager to drive the adoption of its energy‑saving platform across the Middle East and Africa. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities, delivering project‑type solution sales, and supporting the full lifecycle of EMS implementations for manufacturing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Yokogawa’s value‑added EMS services to existing and prospective customers.
• Lead the expansion of EMS business in the YMA region in partnership with KBC.
• Collaborate with Yokogawa HQ, KBC affiliates, and internal proposal teams to craft high‑quality technical proposals and cost‑effective solutions.
• Develop customer‑driven solution services and nurture relationships with senior customer management.

Required profile

• 9–12 years of relevant experience in energy‑related business and engineering.
• Strong understanding of solution‑based business models, preferably with exposure to EcoStruxure Energy, SentientSystem, or Aspen Energy Analyzer/Utilities Planner.
• Ability to interpret strategic imperatives for solution engineering management.
• Good judgment, constructive communication, and cultural awareness of international markets.
