About the role
The Executive Secretary provides high‑level administrative support to the Chairman and senior management team, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the organization. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements, both local and international.
- Coordinate detailed itineraries, hotel bookings and transportation logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, business correspondence and confidential documents.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman, internal departments, clients and external partners.
- Follow up on executive action items, approvals and key tasks to ensure timely execution.
- Organise board meetings, management meetings and executive communications with precision.
- Maintain secure, confidential files and company records in an organised system.
- Support daily executive office operations and assist with special projects as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, manage pressure and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
