F&B Service Expert – Room Service

About the role

The F&B Service Expert – Room Service joins the Sheraton team in Manama to create memorable dining experiences for guests. Working closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams, you will ensure that every meal is delivered with precision, hospitality and a smile.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables in guest rooms and public areas.
• Communicate orders and special requests to the kitchen efficiently.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations, service carts and dining areas.
• Verify menu items visually and ensure accurate presentation.
• Handle light lifting, carrying and moving of supplies (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and move on varied surfaces for extended periods.
