Finance Manager – CBB Approved (Manama)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Manama and reports to senior leadership. The Finance Manager will drive financial planning, budgeting, reporting and ensure strict compliance with Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) regulations for licensed investment businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cash‑flow management, preparation of financial statements and performance analysis.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise resources and support business growth.
• Ensure compliance with CBB Volume 5 regulations, managing capital adequacy, liquidity and risk mitigation.
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance with CPA, CA or CMA certification.
• 5+ years of experience as a finance lead within a CBB‑licensed firm.
• Proven experience managing global and GCC equities, AI‑driven equities and crypto investments.
• Demonstrated ability to work with CBB regulatory authorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
