About the role
We are seeking an experienced Fleet & Equipment Foreman to supervise fleet and construction equipment operations, coordinate maintenance, and manage daily equipment activities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise fleet and equipment operations.
- Coordinate equipment allocation, deployment and monitor availability.
- Track equipment breakdowns and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain equipment records and operational documentation.
- Work closely with drivers, operators, mechanics and project teams to ensure safe and efficient equipment use.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in fleet and equipment operations, preferably in construction.
- Proven ability to supervise construction equipment and fleet activities.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance and operations.
