Fragrance Consultant (By Killian)

About the role

The Fragrance Consultant will represent the By Killian brand within Chalhoub Group’s luxury retail network, delivering exceptional perfume advice and ensuring a memorable customer experience. You will drive sales, manage client relationships, and promote the brand’s loyalty programme.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy to customers and team members.
• Achieve sales and line targets while adhering to all sales and operational policies.
• Maintain an accurate customer database to nurture relationships and identify future selling opportunities.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Group’s loyalty programme (MUSE).
• Stay informed about the brand’s online offers, events, promotions, and product launches.
• Participate in in‑store and external brand events to boost fragrance sales.
• Provide flexible support to other stores and team members as needed.
• Monitor market trends, new products, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good knowledge of perfume products, including allergy considerations.
• Excellent communication skills to convey brand values.
• Ability to maintain detailed customer records and promote loyalty programmes.
• Flexibility to work across multiple store locations and events.
• Interest in staying ahead of fragrance trends and competitor offerings.
