About the role

The Front Desk Officer / Guest Service Agent is the first point of contact for guests at Accor Hotels in Manama. You will ensure a warm welcome, smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, and a memorable stay by delivering high‑quality service throughout the guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and attend to their needs from arrival to departure.
• Provide high‑quality service to achieve permanent guest satisfaction.
• Develop friendly, personalized relationships to encourage loyalty.
• Anticipate guest needs and act proactively.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and provide appropriate responses.
• Represent the brand and hotel image with an impeccable attitude.
• Execute arrival and departure operations in line with internal procedures.
• Inform guests about stay formalities, special conditions, and available services.
• Manage incoming phone calls efficiently.
• Communicate relevant information to other departments and front‑desk team members.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest documentation.
• Promote hotel services to increase sales.
• Promote the brand and loyalty program, tailoring the sales pitch to guest needs.

Required profile

• Vocational education in a relevant field.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in hospitality.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
