Fuel Dispenser Engineer – Bahrain

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fuel Dispenser Engineer to lead the installation, commissioning, maintenance and after‑sales support of fuel dispensing systems for petrol stations across Bahrain. The role involves hands‑on work at fuel stations, coordination with clients, contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test and commission fuel dispensers and underground fuel storage systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fuel station equipment.
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical support to clients.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and customers to schedule works.
• Support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and promote spare‑parts sales.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with fuel dispensers, fuel stations or petroleum equipment.
• Experience with Wayne and/or Gilbarco Veeder‑Root dispensing systems preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of underground fuel tanks, piping systems and fuel station maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and project coordination abilities.
• GCC experience and a valid driving licence are advantageous.
