GCSC Project Lead – Global Contingency Support (Bahrain)

About the role

The Global Contingency Support Services (GCSC) program requires a seasoned leader to oversee logistics, facilities, and site support across NSA Bahrain, ISA Air Base, Jebel Ali, and Oman. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Project Lead ensures operational readiness, mission execution, and contract compliance in a dynamic, austere environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, facilities, and site support services across all assigned locations.
• Maintain operational readiness and ensure mission support aligns with contractual requirements.
• Prepare and deliver daily SITREPs outlining status, risks, and updates.
• Track project costs, monitor work completion against the Basis of Estimate (BOE), and manage the program budget.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
• Manage staffing levels to maintain an appropriate labor force.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to sustain continuity of operations and foster positive relationships.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of combined management, facilities, trades, or construction experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
