About the role
A motivated Graduate Surveyor will join the Valuation team to support financial reporting valuations across a wide range of asset types, working with clients such as financial institutions, private equity firms, corporates and government bodies.
Key responsibilities
- Assist qualified MRICS surveyors in valuing residential, commercial, industrial and land assets, both completed and under construction.
- Conduct site inspections, gather data, perform market research and help prepare valuation reports in line with RICS standards.
- Maintain organised records of comparables, research material and valuation evidence.
- Collaborate with internal research, capital markets and property management teams to obtain relevant data.
- Attend client meetings and property inspections as part of a mentoring process.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working both independently and within a team.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
