Graphic Designer

About the role

AMAN is building a performance-led marketing function to support its next phase of global growth and is hiring a permanent Graphic Designer in Manama, Bahrain. This is a hands-on creative role combining strong visual craft with strategic thinking, from concepting new visual approaches to delivering high-quality, long-form marketing collateral. The role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and Leadership teams, starts with a heavy production focus and offers progression into Creative Lead and brand ownership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold the brand's purpose and positioning and turn it into compelling visual assets, applying brand guidelines consistently across all materials
• Experiment with new visual styles, layouts and imagery to keep the brand modern and distinctive
• Design marketing assets for digital and print channels, including campaigns, events, social and web
• Create brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks and sales enablement materials, supporting product launches, reports and thought leadership
• Own the layout and pagination of long-form materials such as reports, magazines and newspapers, ensuring clarity, hierarchy and strong visual flow
• Ensure high production standards for print and PDF outputs
• Work with the CMO and Marketing team from brief to final delivery, support Sales requests on occasion, and manage multiple projects to deadline and quality standards

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a marketing, brand or creative environment
• Strong portfolio showing both creative concepting and polished execution
• Demonstrable experience producing long-form editorial and marketing collateral
• Experience in a fast-paced, scale-up or B2B environment is highly desirable
• Comfortable working collaboratively in an office-based team

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (essential)
• Strong working knowledge of Canva for fast-turn and collaborative design templates
