Growth Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Growth Manager to lead data‑driven acquisition, activation, retention and revenue initiatives. The role is fully remote and reports to senior leadership, collaborating across marketing, product, sales and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and optimise customer acquisition, activation, retention and revenue opportunities.
• Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and performance data to uncover growth levers.
• Design, run and evaluate A/B tests, experiments and optimisation initiatives.
• Manage acquisition channels including digital marketing, partnerships, referrals and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch and scale growth initiatives.
• Build dashboards, reports and insights to track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Management or a related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, product growth, business development or analytics.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business growth and optimisation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
