Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and is looking for a Growth Marketer to drive acquisition across multiple channels. This hands‑on, entrepreneurial position will let you experiment, learn quickly, and shape the company’s growth engine from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or more growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups using paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers, scaling what works and discarding what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages and continuously optimise conversion metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear insights about performance.

• Fast learner who can quickly pick up new channels and tools.
• Strong desire to become an expert growth marketer.
• Self‑directed, scrappy and able to work without micromanagement.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data, attribution and turning insights into action.
