Guest Experience Agent

About the role

The Guest Experience Agent will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure. This role combines front‑office duties with personalized service in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests at the limousine, escort them safely to their rooms, and manage hotel check‑in procedures.
• Inspect suites before arrival to confirm cleanliness, equipment, and maintenance standards.
• Implement and maintain the guest recognition program, logging complaints, inquiries, and feedback for timely follow‑up.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on tours, sightseeing, and local attractions, and arrange bookings as requested.
• Inspect public lobby areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Upsell hotel rooms, spa services, gallery experiences, and food & beverage outlets.
• Entertain guests when appropriate and assist cashiers with billing procedures.
• Coordinate guest check‑out arrangements and perform related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and proficient in Russian.
• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or luxury hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
