Guest Relations Executive

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive will join the Front Office team at Jumeirah Royal Saray Bahrain, delivering the brand’s ‘Stay Different’ experience to every guest. This role is pivotal in creating personalised, memorable interactions and supporting the Concierge and Front Office Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Jumeirah Hallmarks, Guiding Principles and the ‘Everything Considered’ approach in daily tasks.
• Introduce and reinforce the ‘Stay Different’ concept to guests.
• Assist Concierge and Front Office with guest service requests and VIP arrangements.
• Identify repeat guests, capture at least five preferences daily and share with the guest history team.
• Coordinate with related departments to handle requests and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain high grooming standards and act as a brand ambassador in public areas.
• Attend daily and monthly briefings, trainings and complete all required appraisals on time.
• Greet guests at the main entrance, offer refreshments, and escort them to the appropriate desk or room.
• Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
