Head Enterprise Product Development

About the role

The Head of Enterprise Product Development will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise‑focused solutions, from ideation through launch. You will shape the product vision, ensure technical feasibility, and drive market‑ready offerings that meet the needs of financial, government, SME and other key customer segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define long‑term strategy and roadmap for the enterprise product portfolio based on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Conduct market, competitor and technology scans to identify new propositions and partnership opportunities.
• Develop business cases, pricing models and manage product development budgets to meet ROI targets.
• Own front‑end product lifecycle activities: ideation, concept validation, design, and launch readiness.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture and operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead cross‑functional execution, ensuring scope, quality and timeline adherence.
• Define go‑to‑market requirements with sales and marketing, creating value propositions and enablement materials.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing team of product managers and solution designers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical field or equivalent.
• 8–16 years of experience in telecom or high‑tech product/solution environments.
• Deep understanding of enterprise customer segments such as financial, government, SME, VIP or residential.
• Proven experience in pre‑sales, solution design and product leadership.
