Head of Commercial & Service Development

About the role

The Head of Commercial & Service Development leads the Group’s commercial strategy, business development and new‑service initiatives. Working closely with Operations, Finance, Technology and Executive Management, the role drives revenue growth, profitability and the successful launch of new service lines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies that support growth objectives and market expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends and revenue streams across existing and emerging sectors.
• Lead proposal preparation, tendering and bid submission, ensuring competitiveness and financial viability.
• Negotiate contracts and structure deals to maximise profitability while mitigating risk.
• Design pricing models, conduct financial analysis and optimise revenue performance.
• Identify, develop and commercialise new service offerings, including market research and go‑to‑market planning.
