About the role
Al Hilal Healthcare Group is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing to design and execute its digital marketing and media strategy. Reporting to the VP of Business & Strategy, the leader will drive patient acquisition, brand visibility, and measurable growth through performance marketing, AI integration, and end‑to‑end lead management.
Key responsibilities
- Design and launch performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, and programmatic channels, setting KPIs and optimizing ROI.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with media, journalists, editors, and influencers; plan press events and produce PR materials.
- Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI‑powered tools for audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and content personalization.
- Own all digital assets—including websites, CRM, and analytics platforms—and oversee the complete lead funnel from enquiry to patient conversion.
