Head of Fundraising – GCC/India Capital

About the role

BLACKBULL is seeking a senior fundraising leader to develop investor relationships, structure fundraising strategies and drive qualified transactions toward financial closure for Indian projects using GCC capital.

Key responsibilities

• Develop fundraising channels across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE and the wider GCC.
• Establish direct relationships with family offices, banks, investment institutions, private credit funds, asset managers, PE funds, strategic investors and corporate institutions.
• Design capital‑raising strategies for BLACKBULL and qualified Indian projects.
• Arrange equity, debt, structured finance, project finance, asset‑backed finance, private credit and strategic investment opportunities.
• Evaluate Indian assets and businesses for international investment potential.
• Coordinate valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, risk assessment and investment documentation.
• Negotiate commercial terms with investors, lenders and financial institutions.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of experience in investment banking, fundraising, corporate banking, asset management, project finance, private equity, private credit or structured finance.
• Strong relationships with GCC investors and financial institutions.
• Demonstrable fundraising or transaction experience.
• Advanced understanding of bank credit and project finance.
• Knowledge of asset management and asset‑backed investment structures.
• Understanding of Indian and GCC investment environments.
