Healthcare Management Specialist

About the role

The Healthcare Management Specialist will be based on‑site in Bahrain, supporting the delivery of high‑quality health services through process optimisation and data‑driven decision making. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the specialist ensures that case workflows and operational activities align with organisational goals and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve healthcare processes and case management workflows.
• Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend efficiency‑enhancing solutions.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day healthcare operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative and stakeholder teams to implement management solutions.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive initiatives that support better patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to evaluate data and support decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and report writing.
• Proven expertise in case management and healthcare operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Organisational and problem‑solving capabilities with prior experience in a similar role.
