About the role

Join the vibrant Xenia Bar team at the award‑winning Mövenpick Hotel Bahrain as a Hostess. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a warm, professional welcome and ensuring a memorable bar experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Provide clear information and recommendations on food and beverage menus.
• Take and deliver orders while maintaining high service standards.
• Adhere to outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and drinks.

Required profile

• Strong focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with collaborative work style.
• Prior experience using Micros or a similar point‑of‑sale system.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
