Team Leader – Food & Beverage (Lobby)

About the role

The Team Leader (Majlis Al Fijri – Lobby) will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Food & Beverage lobby area at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain, motivating the team to meet organisational goals and ensuring a high standard of guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily lobby activities and delegate tasks to team members.
• Create and enforce timelines to meet service targets.
• Brief staff on duties before shifts and compile duty rosters, adjusting as needed.
• Ensure guests, clients and personnel are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Basic computer knowledge and intermediate technical know‑how.
• Experience handling telephone enquiries.
• Familiarity with the Micros Cashiering system.
