Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our luxury hotel team in Manama. As a Guest Environment Expert you will help create memorable experiences by ensuring every guest space is immaculate, welcoming and aligned with The Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock carts and replenish supplies.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including making beds, changing linens and sanitising bathrooms.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow all safety, security and confidentiality policies.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure a professional uniform and personal appearance.

Required profile

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods – standing, walking or sitting.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company procedures.
• Professional communication and a courteous, service‑oriented attitude.
• Physical capability to handle the described manual tasks.
