Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant, also known as a Guest Environment Expert, is responsible for delivering the exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards expected at a luxury hotel. Working in a dynamic environment, you will help create memorable experiences for guests by maintaining immaculate rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, ensuring all amenities are replenished and standards are met.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas to the hotel’s Gold Standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver personalized service.
• Stock housekeeping carts, manage linen inventories, and handle waste disposal.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the appropriate departments.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and confidentiality policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uniform at all times.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
