About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant joins the Guest Environment team at a prestigious luxury hotel, ensuring every guest space is immaculate and welcoming. This full‑time position focuses on delivering the brand’s Gold Standards through meticulous cleaning, guest service, and upkeep of public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and ensuring overall room presentation meets luxury standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and service stations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items or services as needed.
• Stock cleaning carts and manage inventory of housekeeping supplies.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
