Immigration Sales Consultant

About the role

We are a fast‑growing recruitment and global mobility firm operating across the GCC. As an Immigration Sales Consultant you will drive client acquisition and revenue growth by helping multinational employers and high‑net‑worth individuals navigate immigration, visa and residency processes in Bahrain and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and convert B2B and HNWI clients seeking immigration, work‑permit and residency services.
• Conduct discovery calls and consultations to understand client needs and tailor solutions in line with local labour laws.
• Collaborate with internal immigration specialists to build proposal packages, timelines and cost structures.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to close—using a CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and pipeline health.
• Represent the brand at industry events, networking forums and client workshops to generate qualified leads.
• Deliver compliant, persuasive messaging that reflects GCC immigration policies and service differentiators.

Required profile

• Experience in immigration consultancy and visa processing.
• Proven ability in B2B sales, client acquisition and relationship management.
• Strong awareness of GCC labour law and regulatory frameworks.
• Comfort with prospecting and cold‑calling.
• Arabic speaking proficiency is preferred.
• Certification in global mobility or immigration advisory is a plus.
