In‑Store Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The In‑Store Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and communicating visual concepts that promote the brand, products and services within the store. This full‑time role involves training store teams, managing daily and seasonal visual tasks, and ensuring brand standards are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts that promote the brand, products and services in‑store.
• Train and coach the store team on visual merchandising standards and daily/seasonal tasks.
• Ensure brand identity and presentation standards are consistently achieved in windows and on the shop floor.
• Implement brand‑specific visual merchandising guidelines, create eye‑catching displays and use creative lighting.
• Design floor plans, arrange merchandise, signage and fixtures to maximise visual impact and commercial sales opportunities.
• Photograph every change in the merchandise display for internal records.
• Re‑merchandise the store when new trends arrive and optimise placement of new lines.
• Work closely with operations, brand management and the VM manager to drive sales and meet commercial goals.
• Participate in store pre‑opening activities and ensure brand standards are applied.
• Conduct market research on current trends and lifestyle.

Required profile

• Full‑time position based in Bahrain.
• Minimum of 1 month of experience in visual merchandising or a related retail role.
• Ability to train and coach store staff on visual standards.
• Willingness to collaborate with operations, brand management and sales teams.
• Availability to travel to stores for pre‑opening and regular visits.
