Instructor – DASCA Big Data Analytics (Bahraini)

About the role

The ALGhad Training Institute (GTI) is seeking a qualified Bahraini instructor to deliver its DASCA Big Data Analytics certification program. The position is based on‑site in the Capital Governorate of Bahrain and focuses on providing high‑quality, hands‑on training to students ranging from recent graduates to working professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lectures and lab sessions covering DASCA Big Data Analytics curriculum.
• Prepare course materials, exercises, and assessments aligned with certification standards.
• Provide practical training using data analysis tools and guide students through real‑world projects.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering feedback and support.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members to continuously improve the curriculum and stay current with industry developments.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Big Data Analytics concepts and DASCA certification content.
• Demonstrated teaching or training experience in a technical field.
• Background in Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline (preferred).
• Relevant industry certifications and prior instructional experience are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Experience with R programming.
• Strong SQL querying skills.
