IT Manager

About the role

The IT Manager will lead the strategy, deployment, maintenance and security of all technology infrastructure for a luxury hotel. This role covers the full IT architecture setup during the pre‑opening phase and ensures seamless operational systems throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee pre‑opening installation, configuration, testing and integration of core hotel systems such as PMS, POS, RMS, keycards, guest Wi‑Fi, PABX, IPTV, network infrastructure and cyber security.
• Ensure 24/7 stability, performance and uptime of hardware, software, server environments and hotel networks.
• Implement cybersecurity protocols, access controls, data backup frameworks and disaster recovery plans in line with corporate standards and local regulations.
• Manage IT vendor SLAs, software licensing, procurement contracts and both operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, run the helpdesk for hotel staff and deliver user training on system usage and security awareness.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of IT leadership experience within a luxury hotel, preferably with pre‑opening system implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Network Engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving, project management and communication skills with fluent business English.
